  • Subcontractors: Must adhere to Lamya Construction’s health and safety standards and policies while on-site.

  • Provide regular updates on health and safety performance and initiatives.
  • Establish open lines of communication for reporting and discussing safety concerns.

  • Promote a healthy work-life balance and provide support for employees’ mental and physical well-being.
  • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall health and well-being of our workforce.

Monitoring and Review

  • Regularly monitor health and safety performance through inspections, audits, and reviews.
