Our History & What We Do
Since 2005, Lamya Construction has seen consistent growth, expanding our capabilities to cover all construction disciplines. We provide a comprehensive, turnkey solution tailored to meet all our clients’ needs. Based in Walthamstow, we have been serving both longstanding and new main contractors in the borough for the past eighteen years. As preferred supply chain partners, we handle a wide range of services, including the supply and installation of estate fencing, barrier gates, garage doors, handrails, and bespoke metalwork designed to your specifications.
Our services extend to Decent Homes kitchens and bathrooms, voids, external enveloping, office fit-outs, internal and external cyclical decorations, concrete and render repairs, brickwork, felt roofing, litigation works, liquid roof coating systems, planned insurance works, and estate maintenance, which includes environmental, landscaping, and security installations like timber fencing. Recently, we’ve also undertaken comprehensive refurbishment projects for sheltered accommodation and hostel regeneration.
Known for our versatility and extensive experience in contracting and partnership works, we operate throughout Greater London and the Home Counties. We pride ourselves on delivering quality, reliability, and adherence to completion deadlines. Our aim is to collaborate effectively, always seeking best practices and providing cost-effective, efficient solutions for our clients.
Financially robust and backed by a wealth of skilled labour, we manage multidisciplinary and complex projects ranging from £1,000 to £1,000,000. We offer estimates, quotations, and can work according to a Schedule of Rates or through negotiation. Our workforce includes over one hundred operatives, comprising both directly employed staff and subcontracted trade labour.
We maintain rigorous health and safety standards, reviewed annually by an external health & safety firm to ensure compliance with current legislation. We are fully insured, with Public Liability and Employers’ Liability coverage up to £10 million each.
